At Hangin’ By a Sip™, all sales are final.

Due to the consumable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchased items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at breanna.echols21@gmail.com.

To report an issue, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet these requirements.

Hangin’ By a Sip™ is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction related to taste preferences, brewing methods, or flavor expectations.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted for processing or fulfillment.
